- What three things are needed for a successful meeting?
Dr. Curcio’s response: “1. An agenda. 2. Engaged participants. 3. A recap of what was discussed for follow-up.” - What’s the best advice you ever received?
Dr. Curcio’s response: “A former fellowship director and mentor told me, ‘Stop doubting yourself. Until you see all of the amazing qualities within yourself, you will never be able to show them to the world and change the lives around you.’ That was the sentence, the moment, the day that changed my life.” - Where do you find influence?
Dr. Curcio’s response: “My father was killed in a car accident when I was 13 and he was 38. He was a physician and my inspiration for everything that I wanted to become, personally and professionally. Carrying on his legacy through my success while I create my own has been the guiding light for my entire life’s journey.” - What should we have asked, and how would you answer it?
Dr. Curcio’s response: “‘What qualities do you possess that are the keys to your success?’ Perseverance, resilience, and self-motivation.” - Nashville change I’d make
Dr. Curcio’s response: “I would make housing affordable in Nashville so that all Nashvillians, and especially young people, can take advantage of all of the opportunities that our great city has to offer.”
