• NIH “Ruth L Kirschstein National Research Service Award”, a T32 grant, during my 2-year NIH clinical research fellowship in Dermatology at Vanderbilt University

2006

• Awarded American Society for Dermatologic Surgery’s Preceptorship Scholarship to spend one week at Columbia University with Desiree Ratner, MD to observe Mohs Micrographic Surgery

2008

• Vanderbilt University Medical Center Starbrite Grant Award for Clinical Research
• Fellowship Grant from the European Academy of Dermatology & Venereology to attend their annual meeting in Paris, France

2012

• Selected for American Society for Dermatologic Surgery’s Partners in Professional Development Program – Spent one week in July 2012 in High Point, North Carolina with Zoe Draelos, MD to observe clinical trials and clinical practice in cosmeceuticals and cosmetic dermatology

2013

• Completed Allergan’s Duet Injector Training Program in March 2013 – Recognized Skilled Injector of Botox and Juvederm XC products by Allergan
• American Academy of Dermatology 2013 International Meeting Travel Grant to Chile – Attended Annual Chilean Society of Dermatology meeting in Coquimbo, Chile in November 2013 [Award required Spanish proficiency]

2014

• American Academy of Dermatology’s 2014 Leadership Forum Participant – Spent a weekend with Academy leaders to advance leadership and communication skills in young dermatologists in April 2014
